At Saya , members' rights are our main concern and we strive to get them right all the time. We listen to our client's voice at all times and we strive to resolve any conflict either from our side or in coordination with our insurance company partner.

We will log the complaint and get back to you for clarification if needed and with the time frame needed by  Saya team to investigate with the insurance company based on each case KPI 

Saya team will inform the member of the investigation result once it has been received from the insurance company.

In case of a complaint result not being satisfactory, the members have the right to contact the FRA directly with all supporting documents through the following channels:
